On October 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 50% stake, equivalent to 50% of the mining rights under the project of exploiting construction stone at Hon Ngua mountain, Nhon Hoa commune, An Nhon district, Binh Dinh province (according to the License No.45/GP-UBND dated June 01, 2011 issued by the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province).
