+ Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Linh Giang as a member of the Supervisory Board.

+ Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board.

+ Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Si Thuan as a member of the BOD.

+ Ms. Vu Thi Phuong Nga was appointed as a member of the BOD.
