Gemadept Corporation announces the progress of implementing the resolution of the shareholders' meeting in 2017 on the restructuring of the company , specifically as follows:

- The company completed to transfer all remaining 15% of stake at Vietnam CJ Company Limited.

- The company transfers the whole of 51% stake at Hoa Sen - Gemadept International Logistics and Port Joint Stock Company. This contract will expect to complete in February 2018.

- The company transfers 49% of stake at Gemadept Shipping Holding Company Limited and to transfer 50.9% of stake at Gemadept Logistics Holding Company Limited. These contracts will expect to complete in January 2018.
