Thien Quang Group Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution approved on 10 Aug 2015, as follows:

Article 1: Approve the change in the charter capital in the Charter of the Company:

- The content before change:

The charter capital of the Company is VND 155,059,980,000. Total charter capital is divided into 15,505,998 shares, the par value is VND 10,000/share

- The content after change:

The charter capital of the Company is VND 238,433,050,000. Total charter capital of the Company is divided into 23,843,305 shares, the par value is VND 10,000/shares

Article 2: Performance

This resolution goes into effect on date of signature. Directors of BOD and Members of Supervisory Board of Thien Quang Group Joint Stock Company take responsibility to deploy the implementation of this resolution.
