EBS: Adjustment of treasury shares used to pay rewards to employees

On 06 Aug 2015, Educational Book Joint Stock Company in Hanoi City announced the adjustment of treasury shares used to pay rewards to employees as follows:

Article 1: Adjust the number of treasury shares used to pay rewards to employees from 384,000 shares down to 380,500 shares

Reasons for the adjustment: The number of 3,500 treasury shares were for Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, ID card No. 135252399 issued on 15 Aug 2007 by Vinh Phuc Police, but he did not meet the requirements for the reward based on General Mandate No. 27/SGDHN dated 10 Feb 2015 and Board Resolution No.02/HDQT – SGDHN dated 25 Apr 2015 of Educational Book Joint Stock Company in Hanoi City.

Article 2: Members of Board of Directors and Management Board of Educational Book Joint Stock Company in Hanoi City take responsibility for performing the resolution.
