The Board resolution dated June 07, 2023, the Board of Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company (NCTS) approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc – the Capital Representative cum member if the BOD and Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung – member of the BOD from June 28, 2023.

2)      Approved the additional election of member of the BOD, Supervisory Board for the term of 2020 – 2025.

3)      Approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - member of the Supervisory Board from June 28, 2023.

4)      Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duy Viet as the Capital Representative of Vietnam Airlines JSC at NCTS cum member of the BOD and Mr. Dang Ngoc Truong as the Capital Representative cum member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025.
