On June 07, 2023, Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation reports the remedy of the status of securities being warned as follows:

At the current time, the Company published information and overcame all reasons for putting stock of ITA in the warning at the request of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE). Accordingly, the Company strictly complied with the regulations on information disclosure and fully explained the required information of HOSE and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC). Therefore, the Company would like to request HOSE to issue a Decision to remove stock of ITA from warning according to regulations.
