Dividend pay-out ratio:           14%/ par value (VND1,400/ share)

Payment date:                          June 30, 2023.

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company as from June 30, 2023.
