On June 02, 2023, Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company announced the reason, measures and schedule to overcome the status of securities under trading restriction:

1)      Reason: The financial statement must be signed by the reporting person, chief accountant and the legal representative of the accounting unit. The company has been processing the procedure to change the legal representative from Mr. Pham Thanh Tung to Ms. Tran Thi Rong and waiting for the approval of the State Securities Commission (SSC). Thus, the financial statement has not been disclosed

2)      Measures: The company has committed to disclose the audited financial statement in 2022 at the earliest after receiving the approval of the change of legal representative
