On April 28, 2023, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the business results in 2022:

1. Net revenue:           5,111 billion dongs
2. Profit after tax:       1,125 billion dongs

2)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2023:

1. Net revenue:           5,120 billion dongs
2. Profit after tax:       1,130 billion dongs
3. Dividend:               0
4. The remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board and Secretary in 2023.

3)      The AGM approved the reports of the BOD.

4)      The AGM approved the amendment, update of the business line.

5)      The AGM approved the reports of the unsuccessful private placement.

6)      The AGM approved the resignation of Ms. Vo Thi Huyen Lan – member of the BOD.

7)      The AGM approved the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Chi Thang as member of the BOD for the term 2020 – 2025.

8)      The AGM approved the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
