Based on the Dispatch No.4053/UBCK-TT dated June 27, 2023 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC); based on point b, clause 1, Article 41 of the Rules of Listing and Trading of Listed Securities promulgated under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange will execute trading suspension for TTB shares of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company in accordance with current law.
