On May 29, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank VIB issued the resolution to approve the following contents:

Approved the increase of charter capital of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Asset Management Company Limited (VIBAMC – VIB’s subsidiary) from 350 billion dongs to 850 billion dongs.
Approved the amendment of VIBAMC charter.
