1. Approving the record date for the 2022 dividend payment:

-          Record date: July 14, 2023

-          Payment date: August 08, 2023

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share).

1. Approving the record date for a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital:

-          Record date: July 14, 2023

-          Issue ratio: 100:30

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
