On June 17, 2023, Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:
- The AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors.
- The AGM approved the report of the Supervisory Board.
- The AGM approved the change of the Company’s business lines.
- The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022.
- The AGM approved the business result in 2022:
