VCB: Increasing charter capital

On May 30, 2023, Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade Of Viet Nam (VCB) announces the approval to increase its charter capital from 47,325,165,710,000 dongs to 55,891,020,680,000 dongs from the State Bank of Vietnam. Accordingly, this capital increase will be implemented through the issuance of shares to distribute dividends from the remaining profits of 2019 and 2020, as previously approved at Vietcombank's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting in 2022.
