• Record date: June 19, 2023

a)      Estimated number of shares issued: 27,021,423 shares

b)      Exercise ratio: 100:25 (Those owning 100 shares will receive 25 new shares)

c)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units; the fractional shares will be cancelled.

d)      Place of implementation:

• For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
