VIB: Approving the record date to issue bonus shares

Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank issued Decision dated June 08, 2023 to approve the record date of June 23, 2023 to issue bonus shares for increasing the additional charter capital to VND4,215,345,890,000. Accordingly, shareholders will exercise right to receive bonus shares with the ratio of 20%.
