The Board resolution dated June 12, 2023, the Board of Directors of IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the estimated business performance in Quarter 2/2023:

-          Revenue: 108,918 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 17,800 million dongs

-          Investment value: 2,640 million dongs.

2)      Approved the business plan in Quarter 3/2023:

-          Revenue: 107,189 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 17,500 million dongs

-          Investment value: 4,299 million dongs.

3)      Approved the selection of CPA Vietnam Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
