The Board resolution dated June 09, 2023, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following results:

1)      Approved the result of share issuance for 2021-2022 dividend payment:

-          Registered volume: 36,662,745 shares

-          Distributed volume: 36,662,500 shares

-          Fractional shares volume: 245 shares (These shares will be cancelled).

2)      Approved the result of share issuance under ESOP:

-          Registered volume: 1,600,000 shares

-          Distributed volume: 1,600,000 shares

-          Undistributed volume: 0 share.
