On April 26, 2023, The Golden Group Joint Stock Company announced the measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows:
1) Reason: Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited has not conduct the audit of the company’s financial statement in 2022.
2) Measures: The BOD of the Golden Group Joint Stock Company has been striving to find the new audit firm to conduct the audit of the financial statement in 2022 and the re-audit of the financial statement in 2021.
