Reason: The growth of revenue and income in quarter 1/2023 has increased by 113.8% compare to quarter 1/2022 because of the market growth and the recovery of domestic and international flight. Besides, the consolidated loss after tax in quarter 1/2023 decreased because the holding company, PA and subsidiaries have profitable business compared to the same period last year.
The company has been restructuring and stabilizing the business activities and planned to increase capital from owner’s equity by share issuance. Moreover, the financial statement in 2022 will be audited and finished as soon as possible.
