The Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued a decision and an announcement to change the shares of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: TGG) from being controlled status to trade restriction status as of May 25, 2023.
Reason: The company was late in submitting the audited financial statements in 2022 by more than 45 days compared to the specified time. The company has just signed the audit agreement with UHY Auditing and Consulting Company Limited.
Measure: TGG and UHY have been cooperating to finish the financial statement and disclose the information as soon as possible.
