The Board resolution dated May 12, 2023, the BOD of Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approved to pay cash dividend for 2022:

-          Exercise ratio: 5%

-          Record date: May 26, 2023

-          Payment time: June 16, 2023.

2)      Approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Hong as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

3)      Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bui Tien Duc as Chairman of Audit Committee for the term 2023-2027.

4)      Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Bich Nghia as member of Audit Committee for the term 2023-2027.

5)      Approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Luong Nguyen My as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary for the term 2023-2027.
