1) Record date: May 30, 2023

2) Exercise ratio: 01 share - 01 voting right

3) Estimated time: June 26, 2023

4) Venue: expected at floor 3, VCCI Tower, 9 Dao Duy Anh, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi.
