The Board resolution dated May 11, 2023, the Board resolution of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      The signing of audit contract with Ernst & young Viet Nam Limited to review and audit the financial statement in 2023.

2)      The remuneration of members of the BOD, the Supervisory Board and the Secretary Board in 2023:

1. Member of the BOD:

• Chairman:       20,000,000 dongs/ month
• Member:         15,000,000 dongs/person/month

1. Member of the Supervisory:

• Head:             12,000,000 dongs/ month
• Member:         10,000,000 dongs/person/month

1. The Secretary Board:             8,000,000 dongs/person/month.
