VIB: Increasing charter capital

On May 10, 2023, Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the approval to increase its charter capital with the maximum additional value of 4,291,345,890,000 dongs from the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, the increase of charter capital will be through the following forms: issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders, and issuing bonus shares to employees.
