• Exercise ratio: 100:03 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 03 new shares)
• Number of shares issued: 5,619,019 shares

• Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled. 
• Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II, III/2022 after being approved by the State Securities Commission.
