On April 27, 2023, Coma18 Joint Stock Company (Coma18) announced the measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows:

1) Kim Thanh Hai Duong project: Coma18 has strived to disburse the capital for the site clearance in quarter II and III as well as construct the industrial infrastructure in quarter IV, 2023.

2) Profit plan in 2023: The estimated profit in 2022 was not 200 billion dongs. Thus, the company will strive to overcome the accumulated losses in 2023.
