The Board resolution dated April 25, 2023, the BOD of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved to pay second cash dividend for 2022 as follows:

- Exercise ratio: 2.5%/charter capital (250 dongs/share)

- Record date: May 24, 2023

- Payment time: June 26, 2023.
