On April 24, 2023, FPT Securities Joint Stock Company issued Decision to approve the condition on the transfer restriction for the additional issuance shares to existing shareholders that approved by the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2023 dated March 28, 2023 as follows:

Condition on the transfer restriction: the additional issuance shares to existing shareholders will not be restricted transfer, except for the case that the right to receive the additional issuance shares from owner’ equity arising from the number of ESOP shares in the period of transfer restriction. Accordingly, it will also be restricted from transferring according to the rate and time corresponding to the number of ESOP shares that are restricted from transfer under the regulations on stock issuance under ESOP.
