The Board resolution dated April 25, 2023, the BOD of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors, including the following members:

-        Mrs. Nguyen Thai Hanh Linh: Chairman

-        Mr. Nguyen Van Khai: member.

2. Approved the list of members of Internal Audit Department, including:

-        Mr. Nguyen Kim Lan: Head of Internal Audit

-        Mr. Pham Minh Tu: member

-        Mrs. Huynh Thi Tuyet Mai: member.
