The Board resolution dated April 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company approved the personnel changes for the term V (2023-2027) from April 24, 2023 as follows:

1)     Mr. Phan Van Toi as Chairman of the BOD

2)     Mr. Nguyen Viet Truong An as Vice Chairman of the BOD.

3)     Mr. Doan Minh Duy as member of the BOD

4)     Mr. Pham Hong Diep as member of the BOD

5)     Mr. Phan Hoang Tuan as member of the BOD

6)     Mr. Pham Van Hau as Head of the Supervisory Board

7)     Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dang Khoa as member of the Supervisory Board

8)     Ms. Ngo Thi Bich Tram as as member of the Supervisory Board.
