The Board resolution dated April 18, 2023, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the report on result of share private placement as follows:

  1. Ending date: April 17, 2023
  2. Offering result: no finishing the share private placement according to the regulation under Clause 3, Article 48 Decree No.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020.
  3. Reason for uncompleted offering: the price market is not suitable for the estimated offering price.
