The Board resolution dated April 17, 2023, OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the change of time to pay dividend for 2022 as follows:

1) For the 10% cash dividend payment in 2022:

- Payment time: May 15, 2023 (instead of April 26, 2023)

2) For 5% remaining cash dividend payment in 2022:

- Record date: May 18, 2023

- Payment time: May 25, 2023.
