On April 14, 2023, Sea & Air Freight International announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2023

-                                     Profit after tax of the holding company:      150 billion dongs

-                                     Dividend:     20%

2)      The AGM approved the agreements with related parties in 2023

3)      The AGM approved to pay the final cash dividend payment in 2022:

-                                     Exercise ratio:          40%/share (4000 dongs/share)

-                                     Payment time: May 25, 2023

4)      The AGM approved the profit distribution in 2022:

-       Profit after tax of the holding company in the audited financial statement: 212,057,194,332 dongs

-                                     Dividend (80%): 174,584,842,000 dongs

-                                     The BOD and Supervisory activities (3%): 6,361,715,830 dongs

-                                     The appropriation to development fund (10%): 21,205,719,433 dongs

5)      The AGM approved the selection of the AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited to audit the financial statement in 2023, the consolidated financial statement and the separate financial statement of SAFI in 2023.
