1. The profit after tax in 2022 decreases compared to 2021:

-          Profit after tax in 2022: 1,199,312,954,720 dongs

-          Profit after tax in 2021: 1,881,021,048,229 dongs.

The main reasons affecting profit fluctuations in 2022:

+ The general difficult situation of the whole market, especially the real estate industry, so business investment in real estate projects is unfavorable.

+ The Company's investment portfolio restructuring strategy.

Therefore, the Company’s profit after tax in 2022 decreased by 36.2%, equivalent to VND681,708,093,509 dongs compared to 2021.
