On April 10, 2023, HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company announces the measures and schedule to disclose the financial statement in 2021, 2022 and the plan to hold Annual General Meeting with details as follows:

1) On March 08, 2023, the company signed the agreement with UHY Auditing and Consulting Company Limited – Ho Chi Minh branch. The estimated time to disclose the financial statement in 2021 will be no later than July 31, 2023.

2) The company will hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting in September, 2023 with the purpose to select the auditor to audit and review the financial statement in 2022 and disclose the financial statement in 2022.
