-          Reason: The Company seriously violated information disclosure and other cases. The Hochiminh Stock Exchange and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam realize that that it is necessary to delist in order to protect investors' interests. This is the case of securities being delisted under the rule under Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 under Decree 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020.
