On April 07, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange sent an official document to ask Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the information disclosure because the Company slowly announced the Board resolution on approving the transaction with related parties and the explanation for the audited financial statements in 2022 compared to the same period of last year.
