Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2022 was -4.93 billion dongs, the undistributed profit after tax until 12/31/2022 was -688.23 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2022. This is the case of securities being warned under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
