The Board resolution dated March 23, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the remaining cash dividend payment for 2022:

-          Record date: April 07, 2023

-          Payment time: May 05, 2023.

2)      Approved the plan to increase its charter capital:

-          For stock issuance to existing shareholders: to increase the additional charter capital to VND4,215,345,890,000 dongs, equivalent to maximum 20% current charter capital.

-          For stock issuance under ESOP: to increase the additional charter capital to 76,000,000,000 dongs, equivalent to maximum 0.36% current charter capital.
