On March 20, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement to maintain the warning status for DXV shares of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company.

Reason: The Company’s after-tax profit was 195 million dongs and the undistributed profit after tax  was -5.83 billion dongs according to the audited financial statements in 2022. The stock has not met the rule under Point b, Clause 4, Article 37 of the Rules of Listing and Trading of Listed Securities promulgated under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
