-          Number of outstanding shares: 76,756,321shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 767,563 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): 7,675,630,000 dongs

-          Exercise ratio: 100:1 (1%) (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fraction/al shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
