On March 17, 2023, EVN Finance Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

1)      Approving the business result in 2022 and the audited financial statements in 2022:

-          Charter capital:                  3,511 billion dongs    

-          Total asset:                      42,197 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:               455.3 billion dongs

2)      Approving the business plan for 2023:

-          Total asset:                        49,790 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:               560.0 billion dongs

3)                 Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.

4)                 Approving the report from the Supervisory Board.

5)      Approving the 2022 profit distribution.

6)      Remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2023.

7)      Amending the Articles of Association.

8)      Approving the list of the BOD in the term 2023-2028:

-          Pham Trung Kien  – Chairman of the BOD

-          Le Manh Linh – member

-          Mai Danh Hien – member cum Deputy CEO

-          Le Hoai Nam – member

-          Nguyen Van Hai – member

-          Nguyen Trung Thanh – member.

9)      Approving the list of the Supervisory Board in the term 2023-2028:

-          Le Long Giang – member of the Supervisory Board

-          Le Khanh Ngoc – member

-          Nghiem Khac Dat – member.

10)  This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
