Tai Nguyen Corporation announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2023, which was convened on March 15, 2023, as follows:

1)      Approving the report on the Board of Directors activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.

2)      Approving the business plan for 2023:

-          Total revenue: 1,050 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 75 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 60 billion dongs

3)      Approving the report by the Board of Supervisors about TNT’s activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.

4)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2022.

5)      Approving to pay the remuneration to the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2022

6)      Approving to pay the remuneration to the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2023 from 1% to 2% of the after-tax profit exceeding the plan.

7)      Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to choose audit firm to audit TNT’s financial statements in 2023.

8)      Approving the dissolution of Tai Nguyen Trading Import and Export Joint Stock Company (TNT owns 90%).
