The Board resolution dated March 13, 2023, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the adjustment to the share issuance plan to pay dividend for 2021 and the share issuance plan for capital increase from the owner’s equity as follows:

1)      To adjust the share issuance plan to pay dividend for 2021:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND275,335,810,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 27,533,581 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,753,358 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND27,533,581,000

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 1/2023 or Quarter 2/2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Plan to handle the undistributed shares: These shares will be cancelled.

2)      To adjust the share issuance plan for capital increase from the owner’s equity:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND275,335,810,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 27,533,581 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,753,358 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND27,533,581,000

-          Plan to handle the undistributed shares: These shares will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 1/2023 or Quarter 2/2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
