The Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.129/QD-SGDHCM dated March 10, 2023 to lift the shares of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (stock code: VOS) out of the warning status as from March 14, 2023.

Reason: the profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2022 was 487.94 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax at 12/31/2022 was 98.36 billion dongs according to the audited financial statements in 2022 and the auditor expressed an unqualified opinion on the audited financial statements in 2022; as prescribed in Point c, Provision 4, Article 37, Rules of listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Members’ Council of Viet Nam Stock Exchange.
