The Board resolution dated February 06, 2023, the BOD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of the plan to temporarily block the foreign ownership ratio in proportion to the conversion ratio of bonds into shares in the private placement of convertible bonds. Details are as follows:

1. The current maximum foreign ownership ratio in BAF according to regulations from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) dated October 11, 2021 is 50%.
2. The foreign investors ownership ratio that needs to be blocked to ensure compliance with the maximum foreign ownership ratio is 10,8696 %.
3. The maximum foreign ownership ratio from the time of blockade: 39,1304%.
4. Time of blockade: after receiving the approval of the competent state agency.
