FLC Group Joint Stock Company announces the holding of the first extraordinary general meeting on February 05, 2023 is not eligible to proceed due to the number of shareholders participating is less than 50% of total number of votes of the company. Accordingly, the second Extraordinary General Meeting will be noticed later.
