The Board resolution dated February 03, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following contents:

1. Approved the submission to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the resignation of Mr. Trinh Quoc Bao as member of Supervisory Board for the period 2020-2025.
2. Approved the additional election of member of Supervisory Board for the period 2020-2025: February 15, 2023.
3. Approved the record date to exercise rights for nomination of member of Supervisory Board for the period 2020-2025: February 15, 2023.
4. Approved the amendment, supplement and update of the materials to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting.
5. Approved the record date to pay stock dividend:

-         Record date: February 20, 2023

-        Exercise ratio: 20% (100:20) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 20 new shares).
